CARD MEMBER BENEFIT
Health Credit Card (Help Card) will be provided free of cost to the members of the Trust. Through this card, you can get your family's diagnostic tests done at the largest diagnostic centers associated with us in your city and get EMI facility help. Card members will not need any CIBIL to get diagnostic EMI facility help through this card. Card members will not have to pay any additional cost or interest for diagnostic tests. Each card member will get a benefit of Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 15,000 per head credit facility. Maximum 5 members of the family will get diagnostic facility of the card. The credit facility of this card can be availed only for diagnostic and health-related purposes. Card members can get a minimum of 5 percent and a maximum of 15 percent discount on monthly medicine purchases.
To enjoy all the benefits of this card, you will first have to become a member of Aponjon Trust by paying an additional cost of Rs. 599.
